# Registry

> Look up organizations, assets and credentials in the shared record.

**Registry** is the shared record behind every review. Its three tabs list **Organizations**, **Assets** and **Credentials**, each with its own count.

Open an organization to see its assets, credentials and applications. Open an asset to see its overview, reserves, governance and compliance status.

## Monitoring

Disclosure monitoring in the Compliance Hub isn't switched on yet. To track changes to an issuer's disclosures today, use [Disclosure Monitoring](/tools/disclosure-monitoring) in Explorer.
